At NOW Heating and Air it's done right or you don't pay. We'll make certain that all service, installations, and maintenance are done right. If any service, installation or maintenance is not done correctly we'll make it right no matter what it takes. You'll either be 100% satisfied or you don't pay for any service, installation or maintenance.

Product Warranties

All products in our inventory have a manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer has specific warranty requirements and considerations. Always refer to your product's manual or go to the manufacturer's website to determine what is covered and what you must do in order to receive any warranty service, replacement or refund. Remember, always send in the product warranty registration card or go to the product manufacturer's website to register your product electronically.

Other Warranty Considerations

The state, county or city where you live or where a product is installed may provide certain warranty considerations that may or may not be included in your product manufacturer's warranty. Should you have questions concerning specific warranty considerations in your area contact your local or state officials to determine what those specific warranty considerations are.
