Ductless Mini-Split

Air conditioning unit inside the home.

Split ductless systems are a smart way to add air conditioning to a few of several room.  Ductless systems are accomplished without having to open up walls to install ductwork (as central-air systems are installed) Ductless systems are small and blend easily with room designs.

Evaporative Coolers

Window home air conditioning unit.

Evaporative Coolers are the most commonly used air conditioning units for single rooms. Evaporative Coolers are a device that cools air through the evaporation of water. These units are fitted in a slot made in the wall of the room, or more commonly a window sill.

Central Air Conditioning

Trane air conditioning unit.

The split air conditioner comprises of two parts: the outdoor unit and the indoor unit. Central air conditioning units can be used to cool more than one room at a time.  Central air units have aesthetic appeal and generally do not take up very much space.
