Albert and Eddie installed our new boiler neatly and very quickly. They were courteous and clean, and made sure we had heat by the end of the second day of work.

I have had Now install and maintain a heater unit and and ac unit. I’ve also had them clean out the ducts and perform system maintenance. Each time they come out I’m impressed by the courteous technicians who always take the time to explain or answer my questions. Most recently, Justin came to do a system check and took the time to explain the whole system and what he was checking. Would recommend 10/10!

I called “Now Heating and Air” for a furnace repair. Miguel was the comfort advisor that initially discovered the problem. A failed sensor and blower motor was making my attic a giant hot spot and fire hazard… I was presented with a few options to repair/replace and chose to replace my 27 year old unit. The quote I was given had an economical, ideal and perfect option with details and prices clearly listed. Once I decided to move forward with the new unit install the job was scheduled very quickly. When Johnny, Brian and Rod arrived they took great care to protect my floors and got right to removing the old unit. Once the new unit was in my home the large box that remained was the perfect size for my one year old daughter to play in… Johnny took the initiative and cut out a door and window for her and she basically spent the rest of the day playing in and coloring the box all over… so sweet. When the install was complete I was shown photos (I didn’t want to climb into the basement) of the completed job and the next steps were explained. The new unit is perfectly quiet and working great.

Jackie helped me greatly to schedule an immediate diagnosis of a home heating system that was not heating on a very cold night.
 
Justin did a quick but thorough analysis, provided an excellent overview of issues found and gave me options for correcting current issues and for future preventative services.
 
I could not be happier with the work Justin did and also with the ease of doing business with NOW.

We use these guys for all our heating and air needs. They did an emergency furnace replacement right after we bought our house, and their quality of service and repair (our thermostat just needed a quick fix) is top notch. I just called them from Hawaii to repair something and they came by in a few hours. Now my mom has heat while she watches the house! 10/10 would recommend.

Jeremy was so nice and polite. Knew what he was doing and took the time to explain any questions I asked. He was very vigilant about wearing his shoe covers and listening to my problem that I had and knew what to do to fix it. Also explained the cost upfront and also cleaned up after he was finished. My heater stopped working on the coldest day of the year. I called several companies and no one was available. I called Now heating and air and was told they could send someone out soon. I got a call a few hours later and Miguel showed up 5 minutes after the call. He examined my furnace and told me what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. He saved the day! He was very nice and even wore shoe protection inside my house. I will use this company again in the future and recommend to all who ask! Thank you!

Jeremy was friendly, professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing throughout the process. He also went out of his way, drove an hour to pick up four portable heaters to bring back for us to use before our furnace installation. Very kind!

Purchased cleaning a year ahead of time. Tech arrived early, texted before hand and called when he got close. Justin was very personable and took time to get to know my dog, who was nipping at his shoes! Explained everything that was done and then made some recommendations on filters and on other things I can do to help keep the air cleaner in my home, as I’m on oxygen. Purchased my new heater from Now 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with all aspects of this company!!

The crew did a great job. My system was in rough shape before they got there and when they left it looked like brand new. Would recommend them and will keep their contact in case I have any need in the future for sure.

Great service. We hired them to install gas line for stove and venting for microwave. They were professional, prompt, and very efficient. Initially had plumber from another company give me a estimate for work. The other bid was literally triple of actual cost.I highly recommend them.

Justin came into our home and performed the furnace annual maintenance in a professional and timely manner. He got the job done and was very polite, and I definitely would recommend him for any work that needs to be performed.

Rod C and Jonny C were very helpful and patient when coming to do a complete installation of a mini split in the garage. They took their time to make it look good and communicated every step of the way to make sure we was comfortable with how they were installing it. Rod and Jonny was fantastic and I will be a returning customer!!!
